A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, then you need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
We don't offer a physical product in the form of Gift Card, only digital product.

How do I check their balance?
You can't check your own gift card balance, but we can check the balance and send the information to you. Email us to ask for your balance.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?
Most discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards. The exception is a product specific discount code where the product is a gift card.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
Can I customize the gift card redemption code?
No, the 16-character redemption codes are randomized.
Order processing time is typically 2-9 business days with most orders shipping in 24 hours. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days.
Processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during peak holiday times or be impacted by global issues of COVID-19, beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.

Unfortunately we are seeing delays in throughout the shipping network.
The recent mass roll out of COVID vaccines and prioritization over other shipments has severely clogged many aspects of the logistics chain.
Severe winter storms in the Northeast has cancelled many flights and will continue to disrupt ground logistics.
USPS is reporting delays in shipment processing and delivery times in general because of employee and transportation issues due to COVID and increased holiday shipping volumes are not helping matters.
Fedex is also limiting the number of packages they are accepting per day as they try and keep their facilities from becoming too overloaded to function.
UPS is so overloaded they refused to pickup Thursday and Friday to give them time to get some of their overloaded facilities a bit emptier. They are additionally imposing daily shipping maximums which are going to lead to further delays.

To be eligible for a return you simply have to provide the proof of purchase and send back your item in its original packaging.
If you need to return an item to us, we require that you notify us within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Shipments that are returned without our prior approval will not be processed.
All clothing items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached (if applicable) and be free of any stains or smell to qualify for a return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If we make a mistake on an order (like shipping the wrong item), we will make it right, just contact us to let us know.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the item to us.
If you request an exchange, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to get the item to you.
Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to you for the cost of the item minus any shipping costs (original shipping costs are not refundable).
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return.
