RETURN and REPLACEMENT QUALIFICATIONS
To be eligible for a return you simply have to provide the proof of purchase and send back your item in its original packaging.
If you need to return an item to us, we require that you notify us within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Shipments that are returned without our prior approval will not be processed.
All clothing items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached (if applicable) and be free of any stains or smell to qualify for a return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If we make a mistake on an order (like shipping the wrong item), we will make it right, just contact us to let us know.
If you would like to return an item for a refund, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the item to us.
If you request an exchange, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost to get the item to you.

Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund to you for the cost of the item minus our shipping costs (our shipping costs are not refundable) of $5.97/item.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct and incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier.

If your order hasn't arrived within 50 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a replacement or full refund on your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
ORDER CANCELLATION/ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Once an order is placed we incur irreversible fees and are unable to do so free of charge. All online orders will incur a 15% cancellation/adjustment fee.
