How Dye Tie T-Shirts are printed?
The DYE TIE T-Shirts are hand-printed in the USA using a dye sublimation printing process that creates slight imperfections over seams and/or folds and are unique to and a part of each item. Imperfections are part of the process.

Are the colors accurate?
Actual colors may vary.
Colors may appear slightly different via the website due to your device's picture resolution and screen settings.
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate.
What's the small text included in some of the designs?
The copyright text is legally required to be included in the designs as we have licensed the designs via various licensors. Unfortunately, we are unable to legally print the designs without this text, it is part of the licensing agreement.
Some of the images will not display this text on the store but the final product will have it printed.
Don't worry, this way you are 100% sure you bought a licensed merchandise and not a counterfeit one.
What's the material of the t-shirts?
Most of our t-shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton but the actual fabric content may vary. Please contact us if you need more details.

Are the size charts accurate?

Why are some graphics not perfectly aligned?

What is a discounted item?
A discounted item refers to a product that is offered at a reduced price compared to its original or regular price. What is the process for preorders or Made-to-Order items, and how does it work in terms of payment and availability?
Preorders or Made-to-Order items require full upfront payment and are typically products that will be available in the future. By preordering, you are reserving a piece before it becomes sold out. These items are specifically created upon order.
How much does shipping cost?
For a limited time we offer free economy shipping on all US orders. For international orders the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
When will I receive my order?
The majority of our products are in stock and ship as quickly as possible, however, please allow 2-11 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Order processing is typically 2-11 business days, with most orders shipping in 24 hours. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days.
After your item is processed within the indicated time frame, we will use the shipping method you chose at checkout to dispatch your order. For instance, if you choose the 'Free Shipping (2-6 days)' option, your order will be shipped using the free shipping method after the processing time of 2-11 business days is completed.
Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues of COVID-19, beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.
Depending on the level of shipping service you chose during checkout it will take 2-6 additional days to arrive after shipping. Shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed.
I received only one item but I ordered more, what's happening?
Don't worry, it's normal. Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses thus you will receive more than one package.
Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?
You might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. This is common and nothing to worry about. It is because the designs are printed using Direct to Garment printing technology and the vinegary smell is a fixative that is used to make the ink stick to the cloth better. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. This smell will go away after one wash in most cases.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent after your purchase. You can also contact us directly at support@authenticbandmerch.com to check the status of your order.
Why does my tracking number keep saying "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment"?
Both of these statuses indicate that we have completed the shipping process and the carrier has taken possession of your package. It is not uncommon for this status to remain unchanged for 24-48 hours.
Once the carrier has processed the shipment at one of their sorting facilities for final delivery, the tracking data will populate and an estimated delivery date will be provided. If you have questions regarding your shipment at this point you will need to contact the carrier for the most up to date information as we are no longer in control of how your package is being handled.
Through what carriers do your orders ship?
Orders ship via USP, USPS, DHL or Fedex.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 5 business days. Due to high demand for some of our most popular products, please allow 10 business days for delivery.
Delivery will take longer to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO & FPO addresses.

If your order hasn't arrived within 50 days (or 120 days in case of international/pre orders) of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Do you deliver products internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Some restrictions may apply.I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
How can I edit my order after I paid?
Orders can only be changed if the items haven't shipped yet. Please contact our customer support with your request and order number immediately to attempt a change.
How secure is my personal information?
We use Shopify which has a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart. In addition, Shopify's hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.
Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.
Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
