SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order processing time is typically 2-7 business days with most orders shipping in 24 hours. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days.

Processing and shipping times may be slightly longer during peak holiday times or be impacted by global issues of COVID-19, beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.

We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, COVID-19, US Holidays, etc.

All orders will be considered completed upon tracking information indicating delivery to the customer.

Shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed. Please ensure all billing, shipping, and email information is correct for a speedy shipment.

We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.

U.S. Ground: 2-6 business days via DHL Ecommerce services (typically DHL Smartmail Parcel Expediated), UPS or USPS.

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

Overnight Shipping: Not available.

We offer free US shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Free shipping is valid for qualifying orders of $50 or more before taxes & shipping fees and after applicable discounts. Orders that are under $50 after applying a discount code or coupon do not qualify for free shipping.

The subtotal amount after the discount or coupon must be $50 or over in order to qualify.

International Standard Shipping via DHL GlobalMail Packet Plus (DHL Ecommerce).
Average transit times of 10-12 business days (Europe) or 8-14 business days (rest of the world).

We do not collect import taxes, duties or fees for any international shipments.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Unfortunately we are seeing delays in throughout the shipping network.

The recent mass roll out of COVID vaccines and prioritization over other shipments has severely clogged many aspects of the logistics chain.

Severe winter storms in the Northeast has cancelled many flights and will continue to disrupt ground logistics.

USPS is reporting delays in shipment processing and delivery times in general because of employee and transportation issues due to COVID and increased holiday shipping volumes are not helping matters.

Fedex is also limiting the number of packages they are accepting per day as they try and keep their facilities from becoming too overloaded to function.

UPS is so overloaded they refused to pickup Thursday and Friday to give them time to get some of their overloaded facilities a bit emptier. They are additionally imposing daily shipping maximums which are going to lead to further delays.
